Restaurant Booking Guidelines
From 14th of April 2021
Cutfish will reopen on Monday the 26th of April for indoor and outdoor dining.
Reservations cannot be made for outdoor dining.
Reservations can be made by telephone or online via Quandoo for indoor dining.
No voicemail, social media message or email will be accepted to make or cancel bookings.
LEVEL 3 (from 26.04.21) – indoor dining 6 adults from 2 households, outdoor dining 6 adults from 6 households
LEVEL 2 (from 17.05.21) – indoor dining 6 adults from 3 households, outdoor dining 8 adults from 8 households
LEVEL 1 (early June TBC) – indoor dining 8 adults from 3 households, outdoor dining 12 adults from 12 households
LEVEL 0 (late June TBC) – indoor dining 10 adults from 4 households, outdoor dining 15 adults from 15 households
LEVEL 3 (from 26.04.21) – indoors 8pm, outdoors 10pm
LEVEL 2 (from 17.05.21) – indoors 10.30pm, outdoors 10pm
LEVEL 1 (early June TBC) – indoors 11pm, outdoors 10pm
LEVEL 0 (late June TBC) – indoors as per licensed hours, outdoors 10pm
Due to reduced capacity a deposit is mandatory for all bookings.
When you make your booking over the phone a £20 deposit will be taken for all reservations.
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your table within 48 hours of the booking or if you are a ‘no show’- otherwise the deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
When booking online you will be asked to input card details, a £20 cancellation fee will be taken if booking is not cancelled
within 48 hours of the booking or you are a ‘no show’.
Full details must be taken for each booking- first and second name, phone number and email.
Any guests who visit without a reservation will be asked to provide contact details on arrival at the restaurant.
Please be respectful of the booking system and social distancing.
All tables have 1m between them and/or screens.
Please do not ask to move chairs or tables or add guests to your booking without discussing with the restaurant.
Please cancel and rearrange your booking if displaying any symptoms of COVID-19.
An additional 15 mins is allocated between bookings to ensure tables and chairs are cleaned and sanitised.
Gift vouchers are extended for 3 months from reopening date.
