The 1860 Bar pays homage to the Silverwells House in both name and design.

The building was erected in 1860 and the external Victorian features have been mirrored in the beautifully detailed internal décor. The lighting, soft furnishings and marble bar top are reminiscent of a bar from the art deco era. Bright, relaxed and comfortable for a Bar Bite or coffee by day, intimate and elegant for cocktails or champagne by night. The Signature Cocktails have been thoughtfully created to showcase the best of ingredients and provide light entertainment from our talented bartenders. The menu boasts over 15 gins, 30 whiskeys and an extensive wine list. The Bar Bites menu is designed for sharing, small plates for laid back dining, ideal to enjoy while soaking up the atmosphere of the 1860 bar.
