goose-fat potatoes, honey roast vegetables, sage + chestnut stuffing, chipolatas, gravy + bread sauce

PAN FRIED SALMON
lemon + herb risotto

8oz FILLET STEAK
chips or skinny fries | brandy + peppercorn sauce or garlic + herb butter

TARTE TATIN
roasted shallot + sun-blushed tomato

VENISON
creamed potatoes, charred tenderstem + celeriac puree



CRUMBLE
apple + pear, vanilla ice cream

WARM CHRISTMAS PUDDING
mulled berries + brandy custard

CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE
vanilla fudge pieces + pouring cream

IMPORTANT

Unfortunately last night we had a fire within the main hall of our building. The Restaurant, Bar & Kitchen remain untouched and fully intact.

As a result of this, we will need to remain closed. We will have a team on site from 8am on Monday morning to begin repair works. We estimate this will be around 6 weeks, and predominately this will be washing, cleaning, and painting to bring it back to the Cut you all know.

We will try to contact all of our bookings, however please bare with us as we have limited access to booking notes at the present moment.
